Eat These Fish!
At the Chefs Collaborative Summit
Fishermen, conservationists, and government officials have worked together over the past decade to transform the way fisheries are managed in the U.S. Today, 100 species are now on the path to recovery.
350+ chefs, food professionals, and media gathered at Pier A Harbor House in New York City on Monday, April 11th for Eat These Fish!, a celebration of well-managed and under-appreciated species of fish caught in the U.S. Together, folks got a taste of what happens when conservationists, fishermen, government, and chefs work together.
