Chefs Collaborative’s Sarasota Trash Fish Dinner was an incredible success! It went down at Louies Modern on July 21, spearheaded by the dynamic duo of Steve Phelps, chef and owner of Indigenous, and Tracy Freeman, editor and publisher of Edible Sarasota. Guests enjoyed amazing preparations of some of the best seafood they’d never tried. Plus, we heard from guest speakers Mote Marine and Gulf Wild.
