Emporium Wines 4/27: A 3 hour event for 25 people in downtown Yellow Springs at The Emporium. We will begin with a reception of “tabla de quesos,” a selection of local cheeses from Blue Jacket Dairy paired with two white wines. Kurt will introduce the featured Ohio wines, afterwards we will invite everyone to the table. Here, we will serve local, grass-fed beef grilled on the spot in a traditional, hardwood, Argentine style by the “parrillero” Mariano. Tickets on sale now! Yellow Springs, OH

SALT the Bistro 4/22-4/28: SALT will be featuring a special Earth Day menu that we will kick off on the 22nd with a “lights off” all candle lit dining room.
