America’s favorite food holiday is just four days away. As Chefs Collaborative’s Board Chair and a chef committed to changing the way America eats, I know that cooking delicious food is a year-round commitment. As we get ready to celebrate Thanksgiving, I am reminded of how thankful I am to be a part of the Chefs Collaborative community in order to connect with like-minded chefs and culinary professionals across the country who share my commitment to sourcing, cooking and serving better food.
